| I went to a local cigar shop, and got an "Arturo Fuente"
cigar box. The cigar shops I've heard of sell their wooden boxes for about
$4 US (less for cardboard). This box was nice due to it's approx 2 1/4
inch height. It should hold some kind of rack below the chips and maybe
some foam above. The chips are 39mm, which leaves about 3/4 vertical inches. |
 |
| The chips easily fit perfectly my dividers. The height
is good, and the width is perfect for 3 rows, which is a MUCH better fit
than I expected. Capacity: 150 chips. |
 |
| The dividers are really just pieces of molding I got from
the local home improvement store. I got an 8 foot length of "L" shaped
molding which measured about 1 1/16 inches by 1 1/16 inches, and cut 6
lengths to fit the box. Maybe I'll secure to the box, and cover them with
single sided adhesive felt. |
